Pioneer LaserActive Field Guide SELECT
All guides are printed on my own personal HP laserjet printer to save final cost for you. Any other professional printing service would cost at least twice as much (trust me I've looked). That being said each are printed to demand, some toner streaking is possible and normal. Pages will have white margins. Each SELECT Field Guide will be hand bound with spiral notebook binding equipment. Each guide will also have front and back protective plastic sheets as well as labels on the front to identify what system it is for. Once purchased, I'll print them as soon as I can and have them out the next day after completion.
All orders are shipped USPS and cost of shipping is determined by flat rate either domestic or international at that time by USPS. Domestic orders are typically shipped within 5 business days depending on order volume. International shipping takes a bit more handling and will usually ship within 7 business days depending on order volume. Any and all product defects due to shipping will have to be worked out between the buyer and the respective postal service. Once it's out of my hands, I have no control over how it's handled by the carrier.
All sales are final. Please understand that this is a very small operation and I am printing to demand. Once an order is placed, I print the product and it cannot be un-printed.
If for some reason I made a mistake and a guide needs replaced due to a production mistake (not shipping damage related as I have no control over that) I will ship a new guide to you at no additional cost. Please note that minor printing defects do not constitute a production mistake. My laser printer isn't exactly commercial grade and I'm selling these SELECT Field Guides so that people can mark them up with ink. These are not meant to be collector grade.
I want to be up front about the quality of the SELECT Field Guides. They are printed on a HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M281fdw which is not a commercial grade printer. I am printing on Hammermill Premium 28lb paper which is the best quality laser jet printer paper I've come across. These SELECT Field Guides are NOT meant to be collector grade though, as the main purpose is for them to be marked in with pen or pencil and used to catalog a collection. Minor print defects such as streaking may occur during printing. Overall the quality of the pictures is great and I wouldn't sell these if it didn't look good. I print to demand because #1 I don't have enough demand yet to justify an expensive professional print run of each SELECT Field Guide and #2 it keeps the cost down for both me and you. ;)
